*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team. A strong mechanical aptitude with a background in manufacturing is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and motivate others to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary tools for success.

*Duties*

– Design, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of floor level employees in various departments throughout our manufacturing facilities.

– Conduct engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.

– Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate content.

– Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation for ongoing reference.

*Qualifications*

– A high level of mechanical knowledge and experience within a manufacturing environment is required.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in program development and delivery.

– Familiarity with various training techniques

– Ability to assess individual learning styles and adapt training methods accordingly.
