Powder Coating

Powder coating is an electrostatic coating process for all metal substrates. A variety of solid, translucent, and metal-flake colors and types of powders are available to meet your needs.

e-Coating

With an organic black finish, e-coating deposits a uniform film thickness, which is often applied as a prime coat on steel or for interior parts. Typically has a thickness that ranges .4 to 1.2 mil thick. Offers up to 500 hours of salt spray protection.

Wet Paint

We utilize an air-pressurized spray gun used for covering both small and large surfaces with an even coating of liquid. Twist uses water based, solvent based, and zinc-rich products based on customer specifications.

Dip & Spin

The Dip and Spin is a bulk process and ideally suited for small parts with small contours. The process allows the parts to be coated in bulk without adhering to each other. This process can be applied over pre-treated surfaces such as zinc, zinc phosphate, or iron phosphate.Typical coatings are solvent based inks and dyes, dry film lubricants, and zinc rich coatings.
