Machine Programmer

Responsibilities & Requirements

Blueprints/drawings interpretation skills
Prepare CNC programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies
Drafting and Programming skills are strongly preferred
Prior experience with CNC and Nesting strongly preferred
Performs first off, in-process & end-of-run report
Performs layout of checking fixtures
Performs any other layout according to the layout request, issues reports
Reviews layout with responsible product and quality engineer
Monitor gauge control software, ensure gauges are calibrated/verified as per schedule & gauge control procedures
