Job Description

The purpose of these apprenticeships is to help entry level employees gain the skills to be a successful member of our team. In order to make this happen, first, you will have to possess a willingness to learn, take direction, have great attendance, timeliness, and attention to detail. The goal of these apprenticeships is to teach, mold, and retain employees by providing a guided training model with hands on training and an excellent mentor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • learn and utilize our proprietary computer programs.
  • The ability to communicate on a professional level
  • Maintain workplace organization and perform housekeeping duties
  • Accurately complete paperwork
  • Report to Plant Manager

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have excellent attendance
  • Ability to work independently
  • a strong desire to learn new skills
  •  Good mobility and manual dexterity
  • the ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time
  • Some travel maybe required
  • Team oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license
