POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help expand our brand presence while supporting both existing and prospective customers. This position requires a balance of strategic marketing, customer engagement, and technical product knowledge. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy representing Twist Aero at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events, both domestically and internationally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a primary contact for customers, delivering timely and professional communication.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, A&E firms, and industry professionals.
Develop a detailed technical understanding of our product line to effectively communicate value to customers.
Lead marketing initiative, including the creation of promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the Estimating Dept. to support project bids and business opportunities.
Research, identify, and evaluate public bids and business opportunities.
Plan, coordinate, and represent Twist Aero at domestic and international trade shows. Travel required, average of 7 domestic and 1 international annually.
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape for sales and marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and sustain professional relationships.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the continental United States.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or 3+ years relevant experience. Previous sales experience preferred.
