Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be adept at managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and performance evaluations.
Duties
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct employee evaluations and assist in succession planning to promote talent development within the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage data collection
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other labor laws to promote workplace safety and legal adherence.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources or related roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the HR context.
